Thomas D. Fazio is president of McCollister, McCleary & Fazio APLC.  Mr. Fazio is admitted to practice in all Louisiana state courts; the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana; and the United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.  Thomas D. Fazio graduated from Louisiana State University with a B.A. in Political Science and received his Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University Law Center in May 1985.  He is co-author with Sidney D. Fazio ofLouisiana Boundary Law and Adjoining Landowner Disputes, published by Professional Education Systems, Inc. in 1987.  Mr. Fazio is a member of the Baton Rouge, Louisiana and American Bar Associations.  He is also a member of the American Land Title Association and the Defense Research Institute. His areas of practice include:
